Job Title: Asst Human Resource Officer.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer with in-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law to handle a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring HR operations run smoothly and align with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
• Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and coordination with PRO.
• Administer employee benefits, leave management, and attendance tracking.
• Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and updates.
• Address employee queries and grievances promptly and professionally.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and official letters.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Support performance evaluation processes and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and assist management with HR-related insights.
• Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
• Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and handle pressure professionally.
