Brief description:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Pool Technician to ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of swimming pools and water features.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive and capable of maintaining water quality, filtration systems and pool surroundings to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain proper pH and chlorine levels to ensure good water quality.
- Clean and service swimming pools and water features using the correct chemicals and cleaning tools.
- Inspect, operate, and maintain pool pumps, filters, and circulation systems.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the pool deck and surrounding areas.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and report any malfunctions or required repairs.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to pool-related maintenance work orders and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and proper handling of chemicals.
- Update daily work logs using the company’s internal software application (Android-based).
Qualifications & Experience
- 2 years of experience in pool maintenance or a related field.
- Educational: 10th, 12th or equivalent qualification
- Basic English communication skills (R/W/S).
- Able to operate Android smartphones for task updates.
- Knowledge of pool cleaning equipment, pumps, and filtration systems preferred.
- UAE Driving License is plus.
