Operations and guest service
- Coordinate staff to provide service and meet guest needs; inspect grooming and attire.
- Complete opening and closing duties, set up supplies and tools, and clean equipment and areas.
- Inspect storage organization, FIFO practices, and cleanliness; perform inventories and requisition supplies.
- Monitor dining areas for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being.
- Complete maintenance work orders.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching.
- Follow company and safety policies, report unsafe conditions and incidents, and complete safety training and certifications.
- Welcome and assist guests according to company standards; maintain professional communication and working relationships.
- Protect confidential information and company assets; maintain quality and identify improvements to operations and cost savings.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
Preferred qualifications and physical duties
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- At least two years of related work experience is preferred.
- At least one year of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Duties require extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Duties may require moving through confined or elevated spaces, using stairs or service ramps, and reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- No license or certification is listed.
