Guest Arrival Experts deliver services that guide guests through memorable arrival and departure experiences.
The role is full time, non-management, and not remote.
Responsibilities
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete reports.
- Share highlights of the local area and help make guest transactions part of the experience.
- Move around the work area and perform other reasonable assigned duties.
Preferred qualifications and work conditions
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required; no license or certification is specified.
- The role involves extended periods standing, sitting, or walking and handling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and over 75 pounds with assistance.
- Maintain professional appearance and communication, confidentiality, company policies, asset protection, safety, and quality standards.
