Key Duties
- Exchanges information with employees using electronic devices, including email and two-way radios.
- Operates standard office equipment other than computers.
- Welcomes guests, addresses service needs, assists individuals with disabilities, and answers telephones professionally.
- Supports team goals, maintains confidentiality, and protects company assets.
- Follows quality standards and recommends or implements improvements to efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, or cost savings.
- Performs other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.
Work Expectations
- Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, including proofreading and editing.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and employees.
- Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and meet quality expectations.
- Move, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
