The After Sales Support – Policy Administrator manages data entry, data analysis, and card-printing or processing information to meet client quality and turnaround-time standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage additions and changes to pricelists and medical networks in client schemes and database systems.
- Communicate with payers to clarify prices and coordinate with internal stakeholders, including claims and pre-certification teams, on medical inquiries.
- Maintain the quality of pricelists and network updates received from payers to meet client standards and avoid claims leakage.
- Issue periodic or daily performance reports.
- Address complex requirements, including new enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of activities for internal and external review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; a medical background is a plus.
- Two or more years of experience; TPA, hospital, or medical center exposure is a plus.
- Physically fit to carry out the duties and legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
- Fluency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, plus general internet navigation and research skills.
AI readiness
Work effectively in an AI-, machine learning-, data-, analytics-, and cloud-based environment, using insights responsibly and following data governance, security, and ethical-use standards.
