Nextcare seeks a detail-oriented and motivated Claims Processing Agent to process claims efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Meet company service standards, including clear-to-zero targets, supporting customer satisfaction and retention.
- Review and handle claims according to established procedures.
- Support productivity goals and agreed service-level agreements.
- Respond professionally to client inquiries and coordinate with other departments for prompt resolution.
- Participate in medical training to build understanding of terminology and procedures and improve claims-processing skills.
- Adapt to varied claims tasks, multitask, and meet quality targets.
- Support the Team Leader in driving team engagement and handle other ad hoc duties.
Job requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a medical field, paramedical field, finance, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of customer-focused experience; clinical, paramedical, TPA, or insurance experience is ideal.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong customer focus, interpersonal and communication skills, and accuracy.
- Team player with sound work ethics; able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and service standards.
