Responsibilities
- Support programme governance, planning and PMO activities across multiple digital initiatives
- Monitor programme progress, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies
- Prepare executive dashboards, governance packs and performance reports for senior leadership
- Coordinate stakeholders across multiple government entities to ensure alignment and effective delivery
- Gather, document and validate business requirements
- Map and analyse end to end customer journeys to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Produce actionable insights and recommendations to enhance customer experience and digital channel performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, reporting and performance measurement
- Ensure programme documentation, governance processes and reporting standards are maintained

Role Overview
- 6 month initial contract with extensions.
- We're partnering with one of Dubai's most prestigious government entities to recruit a PMO Support / Business Analyst.
- You'll play a key role in shaping the future of digital government services.
- Working as part of a high profile digital transformation programme, you'll support the delivery of strategic shared digital channel initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting programme governance, planning and PMO activities across multiple digital initiatives.
- Monitoring programme progress, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Preparing executive dashboards, governance packs and performance reports for senior leadership.
- Coordinating stakeholders across multiple government entities to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
