About the Opportunity Our client is a leading luxury lifestyle business based in Dubai, seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead and develop its marketing function.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing the company s marketing strategy, strengthening brand awareness, driving lead generation and supporting commercial growth across multiple business lines.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of marketing including brand, digital, content, PR, events and communications, while working closely with senior leadership to support strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

Lead and develop the marketing function, ensuring the successful delivery of all marketing initiatives.

Partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive business growth, customer acquisition and brand development.

Monitor marketing performance and provide strategic recommendations based on data and market insights.

Brand & Communications: Drive brand positioning and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Oversee the development of marketing collateral, presentations, digital assets, photography and video content.

Manage external agencies, creative partners, PR agencies and production suppliers.

Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing activity across social media, content, email marketing, website optimisation and paid media.

Develop and execute content strategies that enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

Monitor digital performance metrics and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI.

Public Relations & Events: Develop and execute PR and communications strategies.

Build and maintain relationships with key media, industry partners and stakeholders.

Lead the planning and execution of industry events, exhibitions, networking functions and client hospitality initiatives.

Represent the business at high-profile industry events and brand activations.

Budget & Performance Management: Manage the annual marketing budget and resource allocation.

Track marketing effectiveness, ROI and lead generation performance.

Deliver regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
