Position Objective
The PMO Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and driving cross-functional operational execution, management action tracking, and strategic project coordination across the group.
The role ensures organizational accountability, execution discipline, operational governance, and timely delivery of management priorities.
A. Executive Project & Action Management
- Maintain a centralized management action tracking system
- Monitor execution progress of HR & Admin management directives
- Ensure action items are properly assigned, tracked, and closed
- Coordinate follow-up on operational priorities and deadlines
- Escalate unresolved or delayed matters to management
B. Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate between Finance, HR, Legal, OA, Brokerage, Leasing, Development, and other departments
- Facilitate smooth communication and operational alignment among stakeholders
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and execution gaps
- Support execution of group-wide initiatives and management directives
C. PMO Governance & Operational Control
- Develop and maintain PMO tracking standards and governance practices
- Establish project tracking structures and reporting mechanisms
- Monitor operational execution discipline across departments
- Ensure accountability and ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables
D. Meeting Governance & Follow-up
- Support management operational meetings and executive coordination
- Prepare and review meeting action items, minutes, and deadlines
- Monitor execution and closure status of management decisions
- Ensure timely follow-up of operational matters
E. Reporting & Dashboard Management
- Prepare operational progress and status reports
- Consolidate overdue task and escalation reports
- Maintain dashboards, trackers, and operational reporting systems
- Support HR & Admin Department reporting requirements
F. Risk Escalation & Issue Management
- Identify operational risks, delays, and execution challenges
- Escalate critical issues proactively to management
- Coordinate corrective action follow-up with relevant stakeholders
- Monitor unresolved operational and project-related matters
G. SOP & Process Execution Coordination
- Coordinate with Governance & SOP teams
- Support implementation of operational procedures and standards
- Monitor process execution gaps and compliance
- Assist in driving operational standardization and continuous improvement
Candidate Requirementsmandatory Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant (PA) to senior management/executives
- Experience as a Project Coordinator or PMO Coordinator
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in executive coordination, PMO, or operational management roles
- Experience handling management reporting, action tracking, and cross-functional coordination
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and execution discipline
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with project tracking tools and dashboards is an advantage
