Multi‑Technician

will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance activities including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair works.

The role requires a

valid UAE Driving License

to support mobility for emergency calls, material transport, and site requirements.

The technician must be capable of working independently and as part of a team while ensuring all tasks are completed safely and in compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Electrical & Plumbing Works**
  • Perform routine and corrective maintenance for electrical and plumbing systems.
  • **HVAC Maintenance**
  • Carry out basic troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs of HVAC units.
  • **General Maintenance**
  • Execute carpentry, painting, and other general repair tasks as required.
  • **Emergency Response -**
  • Attend urgent breakdowns and resolve issues promptly.
  • **Preventive Maintenance -**
  • Conduct routine inspections and scheduled PM activities.
  • **Transportation Support -**
  • Transport materials, tools, and assist in moving technicians to various sites.
  • **Safety Compliance -**
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  • **Record Keeping -**
  • Maintain accurate logs of completed tasks, materials used, and site observations.

Experience -

Minimum 2–3 years in building maintenance or facilities management.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance works.

Troubleshooting Skills

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

Teamwork

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions.
