The PMO Senior Analyst joins the Risk Intelligence Engineering Portfolio Delivery team.
Supports Project Managers delivering a £35m change portfolio, works with the Portfolio Director on a transformation programme and supports leadership for a department of over 500 globally located resources.
The role includes some administrative responsibilities, with support and coaching to build a career in project management.
What you'll be doing
- Own and maintain departmental data, create insights and proactively share them with leadership.
- Create weekly status dashboards for communication with senior stakeholders.
- Support portfolio governance by tracking, monitoring and updating programme deliverables.
- Monitor tasks against timelines and budgets, advising Project and Programme Managers when activities are delayed or over budget.
- Collate, consolidate and analyze project information for reports, status updates and commentary.
- Assist with monitoring the portfolio change roadmap and use change management processes, policies and best practice.
What you'll bring

- Problem-solving and solution-finding ability.
- Attention to detail, diligence and clear internal and external reporting.
- Clear and concise communication.
- Proficiency with project management tools including Clarity, MS Project, Visio and PowerPoint.
- Detailed Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
