Performs cash, disbursement, and cash-accounting activities, including liquidity management of group bank accounts and settlement of intercompany invoices.

Supports other functions with audit and payment queries, projects, and ad hoc business activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash positioning and approve payments through regional banking platforms in line with controls and processes.
- Post accounting entries promptly, monitor Cash Manager uploads, and prepare general-ledger journal files for review and posting.
- Follow up on unresolved postings with Treasury, Finance Reporting, Accounts Payable, and Credit Control; run Accounts Receivable direct debits.
- Support bank-to-general-ledger reconciliations and finance teams during high-volume or complex-resolution periods.
- Handle audit and payment queries, ad hoc reporting, and requests from group or local finance; help meet KPI and reporting deadlines.
Essential skills and qualifications
- Good understanding of controls, accounting concepts, reporting deadlines, reconciliation processes, and financial controls in operations.
- Bachelor's, master's, or MBA degree in finance, accounting, or business, or equivalent work experience.
- Two to three years in treasury, cash management, or banking is preferred; experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams in a large organization is listed.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is desirable.
- Strong communication, analytical, critical-thinking, interpersonal, collaboration, attention-to-detail, and multitasking skills.
