The role
Support Liverpool City Council’s transformation portfolio with reporting, analysis, governance and assurance information.
The portfolio spans Council activity, including customer experience, leisure, social care and homelessness-related outcomes.
Portfolio support
- Collect, analyse and report progress, risks, issues, dependencies and benefits, providing timely information to leaders, boards and stakeholders.
- Work with project managers, programme managers and stakeholders on planning, governance and reporting.
- Maintain a single source of truth and support compliance with PMO standards, processes and frameworks.
- Contribute to improving PMO systems, processes and tools through greater consistency, automation, efficiency and insight.
Knowledge and capabilities
- Knowledge of data analysis, performance reporting, benefits tracking, risk and issue management, governance and assurance.
- Ability to interpret complex information and present clear insights that support portfolio management.
