Responsibilities
- Translate engineering partners' requirements into functional and technical solutions with engineering systems teammates.
- Train and support users during and after implementation.
- Lead feature development and implementation, defining scope, requirements, timelines and budgets.
- Work with developers to resolve issues, bugs and enhancement requests in PLM and connected systems.
- Support installation and post-go-live activities for PLM upgrades and modules.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers on upgrades and modules.
- Collect infrastructure and configuration questions for PLM and system integrations.
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience installing, developing, implementing, upgrading and maintaining engineering systems such as PLM, CAD, CAE or SysML.
- Understanding of CAD/CAM/CAE systems and their integration with PLM solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis of user and infrastructure issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems and software installations.
- Must be a UAE citizen and eligible to obtain a security clearance.
