The Platform Operations Trainee supports day-to-day operations of the Nمو platform and works with activity providers to keep programs accurately listed, updated, and managed.
The role supports provider onboarding, daily operations, basic issue resolution, and coordination with internal teams for providers and parents.

The Platform Operations Trainee supports day-to-day operations of the Nمو platform and works with activity providers to keep programs accurately listed, updated, and managed.
The role supports provider onboarding, daily operations, basic issue resolution, and coordination with internal teams for providers and parents.
Provider and listing operations
- Communicate with providers, maintain relationships, and follow up on needs and inquiries.
- Assist with provider registration and program uploads, ensuring information is complete and accurate.
- Monitor listings and follow up on schedules, availability, and other updates.
- Track provider requests and operational issues through resolution; review listings for missing, outdated, or inconsistent information.
Coordination and improvement
- Coordinate with Marketing, Technical, and Operations teams to address provider requirements and provide timely support.
- Maintain records of provider communications, program updates, pending requests, and operational activities.
- Identify recurring provider challenges and suggest process and experience improvements.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree or current studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organisation, and attention to detail.
- Good command of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and ability to manage multiple tasks and pending follow-ups.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to solve problems; comfortable with digital platforms and learning new tools.
Training objectives
- The training period is intended to develop practical experience in platform operations, provider onboarding, program listing management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination.
- The trainee contributes to the smooth daily operation and growth of the platform.
