Fully remote Business Development Trainee opportunity hired on behalf of a client.
Structured training program provides practical experience supporting business development activities.
Responsibilities
- Research potential clients and generate and qualify leads.
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn; follow up with inbound inquiries and prospective clients.
- Schedule discovery meetings for Business Development Officers and prepare relevant account briefs.
- Maintain lead and activity records in the CRM system and submit daily activity reports.
- Support proposals and quotations and follow up with prospects through handover to the closing stage.
- Participate in and complete the structured training program.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication; Arabic proficiency and basic-to-intermediate English proficiency.
- Good organization, attention to detail, resilience, consistency, and a proactive approach to outreach.
- Self-discipline, reliability, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho or HubSpot; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Personal laptop and stable internet connection; willingness to learn and complete the training program.
