A client is hiring for a full-time, fully remote Business Development Officer role.
The role manages the sales cycle and grows business within an assigned market segment or territory.
Responsibilities
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closing for an assigned market segment or territory.
- Build and qualify a pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Conduct discovery calls and online presentations to understand needs and present solutions.
- Prepare proposals and quotations within approved pricing guidelines.
- Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and hand clients over to operations or account management.
- Meet monthly sales targets and keep the CRM pipeline accurate and current.
- Provide weekly reports on pipeline progress, conversion rates, sales performance, and market feedback.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, a target-driven approach, consistent follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative communication skills; self-management, accountability, and ability to work independently.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and video conferencing tools.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Native Arabic and intermediate English proficiency for business communication.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
