Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Riyadh Region for a Plant Engineering Manager.
The responsibilities include overseeing daily engineering operations, managing and leading a team of engineers, planning and executing projects, ensuring system integration, and driving continuous improvements across plant processes.
The candidate will also collaborate across departments to meet organizational goals and comply with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or similar.
- Proficiency in Engineering Management and Team Leadership with a strong focus on leading teams to achieve operational goals
- Experience in integration between systems and platforms
- Expertise in Project Management to ensure on-time delivery and optimal results
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on plant operations and process optimization
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with ELV and IT systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree is preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in engineering management or a similar role
