Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health Safety Environment (HSE) Engineer located in the Riyadh Region.
The HSE Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Daily tasks include conducting risk assessments, inspecting facilities, coordinating safety training, investigating incidents, and ensuring occupational health standards.
The role requires collaboration with various teams to foster a safe and environmentally compliant workplace.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Health & Safety, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health practices.
- Proficient in Safety Engineering principles and implementation.
- Experience in conducting safety training sessions and promoting a safety-conscious culture.
- Knowledge of local and international safety, health, and environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent, are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field is required.
