Key responsibilities
- Lead integrated work programs and ensure sequencing, readiness and planning standards are consistently met.
- Oversee Maximo/WMIS accuracy and ensure system configuration, workflows and data quality remain compliant.
- Deliver dashboards and performance reports, providing insights that guide data‐driven decision‐making.
- Lead assurance activities, managing audits, NCRs and compliance requirements across all planning and delivery workflows.
- Develop shutdown schedules and readiness documentation aligned to technical scope, access approvals and traffic requirements.
- Mentor teams and uplift capability in planning discipline, system use, documentation quality and continuous improvement.
- What you’ll bring
- You will bring a structured, analytical mindset and excel in environments requiring discipline, governance and stakeholder alignment along with:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Planning, Data Science, Project Management or similar.
- 5+ years’ experience in planning, scheduling, analytics or maintenance systems roles.
- Strong Maximo expertise and capability with BI tools (e.g. Tableau).
- Deep experience in performance reporting, data governance and planning standards.
- Understanding of asset/maintenance environments and Q&TA frameworks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
