Role responsibilities
- Assist in developing and updating project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Monitor progress against approved baseline programmes and gather updates from site teams and subcontractors.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead programmes.
- Help identify delays and support recovery planning.
- Maintain planning records, programme updates, and project documentation.
- Support project controls, progress reporting, delay analysis, and Extension of Time preparation.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of construction-industry planning experience.
- Exposure to buildings, infrastructure, airports, or MEP/ELV construction projects.
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with progress reporting and Earned Value concepts.
- Power BI and PowerPoint experience is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, willingness to learn, communication, and teamwork.
