Overview
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules for multiple interior fit-out and joinery projects using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, look-ahead plans, and project progress reports.
- Track project progress against approved schedules and identify delays, risks, and critical activities.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, Design, and Commercial teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor procurement activities, material deliveries, shop drawing approvals, and site execution progress against planned schedules.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
- Develop and maintain a centralized dashboard to monitor and present the progress of multiple ongoing projects in a single view.
- Analyze project performance, identify schedule variances, and recommend corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Conduct delay analysis and prepare recovery plans to bring projects back on track.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide planning and scheduling updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate progress measurement, reporting, and documentation across all assigned projects.
- Support tender planning, resource forecasting, and project handover activities.
