Role Description
KEA Building Contracting is seeking a full-time Senior Planning Engineer for its on-site operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This role involves developing and managing project plans, overseeing production schedules, and ensuring project deadlines are met efficiently.
The Senior Planning Engineer will monitor project progress, generate reports, and collaborate closely with teams to maintain adherence to objectives.
Responsibilities
also include solving scheduling conflicts, improving project control measures, and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders to support successful project execution.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience in building construction projects
- Strong experience in high-rise building projects.
- Expert knowledge of Primavera P6
- Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and delay analysis
