We are urgently looking for an experienced **Project Manager** to join our team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with strong knowledge of project planning, execution, monitoring and completion procedures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Advanced thinker who can work independently, solve problems proactively and make sound decisions in the best interest of the company.
- Extensive experience in handling projects related to **Dubai Airport** and/or **UAE Government authorities**.
- Excellent understanding of approval processes, documentation requirements, permits and project coordination with relevant authorities.
- Highly active, organize and results-oriented professional.
- Strong communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities successfully.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to company standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, Dubai Airport authorities and government entities as required.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively.
- Prepare project reports, schedules and documentation.
- Make strategic decisions to support project success and company objectives.
