We are urgently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable **Waterproofing Technician** to join our team immediately.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in waterproofing applications, surface preparation, leak detection, and the use of various waterproofing systems and materials.
Responsibilities
- Perform waterproofing works for roofs, basements, bathrooms, water tanks and other structures.
- Prepare surfaces and apply waterproofing membranes, coatings, sealants and related materials.
- Inspect and identify water leakage issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and project specifications.
- Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in good condition.
- Coordinate with supervisors and project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Waterproofing Technician.
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, methods and applications.
- Ability to diagnose and repair water leakage problems.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and construction site practices.
- Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions.
- Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial and residential waterproofing projects.
- Relevant certifications or training in waterproofing systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
