Full-time Planning Engineer role with Bright Deal International General Contracting LLC in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in planning and project controls.
- ADNOC-approved Planning Engineer status is mandatory, with experience working on ADNOC projects and familiarity with their requirements.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting; proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Experience preparing project schedules, manpower histograms, progress reports, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
- Pipeline project experience, preferably in HDPE, DI, and carbon steel pipeline construction, is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules and baselines.
- Monitor actual progress against planned targets and identify deviations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and look-ahead schedules.
- Coordinate manpower planning and resource allocation with project teams.
- Support project managers with delay analysis, recovery planning, and schedule updates.

- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi; candidates must be able to commute or plan to relocate before starting.
