Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess contractors’ baseline schedules, updates, and recovery programs.
- Monitor project progress against approved milestones and contractual requirements.
- Prepare monthly progress reports for the authorities and master developers
- Prepare and conduct presentations for the management
- Review of the reports from the contractors
- Support delay analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) assessments.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 5+ years in construction, preferred with developer or consultant in UAE
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, project controls, and construction methodologies.
- Experience in high-rise residential, and large-scale developments.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills.
