Planning Engineer
Role Overview
1.
Integrate Company’s strategy to the Chief Programme of each project.
Prepare and submit detailed time Programme to the Engineer for approval within twenty-eight (28) days after the project commencement date in P6 and the form specified in the contract.
2.
Prepare and submit revised programme to the Engineer for approval as required by the Engineer.
3.
Compare the actual progress at site and the programme.
Find out any delay of the site works and push forward the site progress accordingly.
4.
Prepare and submit monthly progress report to the Engineer for approval and revise is according the requirement of the Engineer.
5.
Find out any act or instructions from the Employer or Engineer which may cause a delay to the progress and prepare a claim for extension for that.

Responsibilities
- Integrate the company’s strategy into each project’s chief programme.
- Prepare and submit a detailed programme in P6, using the contract-specified format, for Engineer approval within 28 days of project commencement.
- Prepare and submit revised programmes for Engineer approval as required.
- Compare actual site progress with the programme, identify delays, and advance site progress accordingly.
- Prepare monthly progress reports for Engineer approval and revise them as required.
- Identify Employer or Engineer actions or instructions that may delay progress and prepare extension-of-time claims.
- Perform other related tasks as instructed by the company.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience as a planner in housing projects.
- Experience as Chief Planner on one or two high-rise construction projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Architecture Engineering.
- Expertise in P6.
- Excellent English and strong communication with people from different countries.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,100–30,000 per month.
Work Location
- Hybrid remote in Abu Dhabi.
