Responsibilities

  • Prepare a detailed time programme for subcontract works in P6, following the main contractor’s chief programme and contract format.
  • Submit the programme for approval within 28 days after project commencement.
  • Prepare and submit revised programmes for approval as required.
  • Compare actual site progress with the programme, identify delays, and push forward site progress accordingly.
  • Prepare monthly progress reports for the main contractor and revise them as requested.
  • Identify actions or instructions that may delay progress and prepare extension-of-time claims.
  • Perform other related tasks as instructed by the company.

Compensation

  • Pay is AED 4,100–8,000 per month.

Workplace

  • The work location is described as hybrid remote in Abu Dhabi.
