Role Overview
Provide subsea and pipeline systems integrity input for QatarEnergy LNG pipelines throughout their lifecycle.
Support Pipeline Integrity Management Programs and Emergency Pipeline Repair Systems for offshore and onshore assets.
Integrity Programs and Engineering
- Assist with the vision, strategy, and implementation of PIMS and EPRS.
- Oversee engineering studies and digitalization to ensure emergency repair systems are fit for purpose.
- Address complex multi-discipline problems involving multi-diameter, multi-product, CRA, and carbon steel pipeline systems.
- Develop work methods from alternative options under established integrity procedures and professional standards.
- Perform pipeline risk assessments and recommend actions to extend remaining pipeline life.
Technical Support and Incident Response
- Provide technical and commercial advice on contractor selection and budgetary estimates.
- Provide technical input into integrity programs for QatarEnergy LNG's varied pipeline portfolio.
- Ensure pipelines remain fit for purpose across different designs, sizes, services, and ages.
- Respond to pipeline events, issues, and incidents with timely engineering analysis.
- Contribute to the annual budget for pipeline integrity activities and emergency repair systems.

- Work within company structures, policies, procedures, engineering standards, methodologies, and safety standards.
- The role covers complex subsea and onshore pipeline assets and emergency repair systems.
