Responsibilities
- Provide electrical engineering support to operations and asset maintenance, including Level-2 troubleshooting.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to maintenance strategies.
- Initiate Management of Change processes and support feasibility studies and implementation of recommendations.
- Provide inputs to Reliability Centred Maintenance activities and participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis and risk assessments.
- Provide input to budgets, IT demand plans, and technical training plans.
- Review and develop maintenance procedures according to company standards.
- Support and supervise contractors, consultants, and service providers.
- Ensure maintenance quality verification follows company guidelines.
- Provide in-house technical training to the asset maintenance team.
- Manage contracts for electrical maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
- Electrical engineering support experience in operations and asset maintenance.
- Ability to support and supervise contractors, consultants, and service providers in accordance with procedures.
- Ability to provide technical training to an asset maintenance team.
