Provides assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and other physical conditions.
Develops individualized care plans to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assess physical condition, mobility, strength, and functional limitations; develop treatment plans and provide exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation.
- Monitor progress, document care, and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, rehabilitation, and prevention; advise on posture, mobility, and injury prevention.
- Maintain patient records and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Follow clinical standards, infection control, and facility policies; maintain knowledge through continuing education.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid DHA license or eligibility letter, as applicable.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience as a physiotherapist.
- Strong patient-care, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred qualifications
- BLS certification is preferred.
- Experience in a hospital, medical center, rehabilitation center, or outpatient clinic is preferred.
- Experience with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, or rehabilitation cases is advantageous.
- Additional certifications in specialized physiotherapy techniques are advantageous.
