Provides assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and other physical conditions.
Develops individualized care to improve patients' mobility, function, and quality of life.
Key responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical condition, mobility, strength, and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy plans; provide exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed; maintain accurate patient records.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, rehabilitation programs, and prevention.
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals; follow clinical, infection-control, and facility standards.
- Maintain professional knowledge through training and advise on posture, mobility, and injury prevention.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid DHA license or eligibility letter, as applicable.
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience as a physiotherapist.
- Strong patient-care, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred qualifications
- BLS certification is preferred.
- Additional certifications in specialized physiotherapy techniques are advantageous.
- Experience in a hospital, medical center, rehabilitation center, or outpatient clinic is preferred.
- Experience with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, or rehabilitation cases is advantageous.
