Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of food, beverages, desserts, café interiors, customer experiences, and special events.
• Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Snapchat, and other social media platforms.
• Develop fresh, creative, and unique content ideas inspired by current social media trends, seasonal campaigns, and major events such as FIFA, Saudi National Day, Ramadan, Eid, and other special occasions.
• Plan, organize, and execute creative photo and video shoots for new product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Edit photos and videos using professional editing software to produce visually appealing and brand-consistent content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that increases customer engagement, brand awareness, and sales.
• Ensure all visual content reflects Bluemen Coffee & Sweets' brand identity and maintains a consistent style across all branches.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, viral content formats, photography techniques, and video editing styles.
• Organize and maintain a library of photo and video assets for future marketing and promotional use.
• Be available to capture content during special events, campaigns, and new store openings when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Photographer & Videographer (portfolio required).
• Strong photography, videography, lighting, and composition skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Experience creating social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other digital platforms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate original and engaging content ideas.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and visual storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film Production, Media, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
