We’re Hiring – **Marketing Specialist**
Blumen Cafe & Sweets, one of the leading cafes in Riyadh, is looking for a skilled and results-driven Marketing Professional to join our growing team.
About Us
For the past 2 years, Blumen Cafe & Sweets has been serving high-quality coffee and premium sweets, building a strong reputation for taste, consistency, and customer experience in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) including posting, engagement, and growth strategies
- Create and oversee content such as photos, videos, promotions, and campaigns
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and influencers to produce high-quality marketing materials
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adjust strategies
- Analyze marketing performance using insights and analytics tools, and prepare reports
- Manage advertising campaigns (paid ads) and optimize for reach and conversions
- Maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels
- Support customer engagement and respond to inquiries or feedback online
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in cafes, restaurants, or hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media management
- Experience with content creation and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools is a plus)
- Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Arabic and English proficiency preferred
