As part of our expansion, we are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented **Accountant** to join our team in **Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia**.
This is a full-time, on-site role offering the chance to work in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
Job Description
The **Accountant** will oversee daily accounting operations and support the finance department in maintaining accurate and compliant financial records.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in accounting practices, and capable of ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and financial data entry
- Process financial transactions and prepare journal entries
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and summaries
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation
- Coordinate with other departments on budget tracking and expense management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of proven accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Experience with month-end closing and financial reporting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Must hold a valid driving license and have personal transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous accounting experience in **Saudi Arabia** is highly preferred
- Candidates of **Arab nationality** only
