Photographer & Videographer

Overview: As a Photographer & Videographer at Logo & Co., you ll be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content for a wide range of clients, including cafes, restaurants, beauty brands, retail shops, clinics, lifestyle brands, and more.

Your role will focus on managing, shooting, and producing professional photo and video content that reflects each client s brand identity and supports their social media presence.

This position is perfect for someone who has a strong creative eye, understands visual storytelling, and can deliver polished content for Instagram, TikTok, websites, and digital campaigns.

Location: UAE-based / On-site shoots when required Employment Type: Full-time | Part-Time | Contractor Language: Arabic & English Key Responsibilities Content Production Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media, campaigns, websites, and brand content.

Shoot reels, short-form videos, product shots, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional visuals.

Ensure all visuals are clean, professional, well-composed, and aligned with each client s brand direction.

Create content suitable for different industries, including food, beauty, fashion, retail, lifestyle, events, and corporate clients.

Shoot Execution Attend client shoots at different locations across the UAE when required.

Set up lighting, angles, framing, and camera equipment based on the shoot needs.

Direct basic poses, product placements, food styling angles, or scene setups during the shoot.

Work closely with the Social Media Coordinator, Art Director, or Client Success team to follow the shoot brief.

Arrive on time, prepare equipment in advance, and manage the shoot professionally from start to finish.

Editing & Delivery Edit photos and videos in a polished, professional style suitable for social media platforms.

Deliver edited reels, videos, and photos according to the agreed timeline.

Adapt content formats for different uses, including posts, stories, reels, ads, and website visuals.

Organize and deliver final files clearly through Google Drive or the company s approved workflow.

Apply basic color correction, audio cleanup, cuts, captions, transitions, and platform-friendly formatting when needed.

Quality & Workflow Maintain consistent quality across all client projects.

Handle multiple shoots and deadlines professionally.

Keep all raw and final content organized and easy to access.

Respect client confidentiality and avoid sharing client content without approval.

Follow company workflow, naming conventions, and delivery requirements.

Qualifications Proven experience in photography and videography, especially for social media content.

Strong knowledge of lighting, composition, camera settings, and visual storytelling.

Ability to shoot and edit short-form content such as reels, TikToks, and Instagram videos.

Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar tools.

Ability to work independently during shoots and follow a creative brief.

Must be organized, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.

Must be based in the UAE or available for shoots across the UAE (Mainly Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah).

Own professional camera equipment is preferred.

Good communication skills and ability to coordinate smoothly with internal teams and clients.

Understanding of social media content requirements, including vertical video, reels, story formats, and ad-friendly visuals.

Bonus Points For Experience with food photography, product photography, beauty content, or lifestyle shoots.

Experience creating trending reels and social media-first video content.

Knowledge of basic motion graphics or reel transitions.

Ability to operate a gimbal, lighting setup, microphones, and other production equipment.

Ability to support with creative shoot concepts and content ideas.

Experience working with marketing agencies or multiple client accounts is a plus.
