**Salary Range:** AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medicines accurately and efficiently.
- Provide proper guidance to customers regarding dosage, usage, and precautions of medications.
- Ensure compliance with UAE health regulations and pharmacy standards.
- Maintain inventory, stock levels, and expiry monitoring of medicines and healthcare products.
- Coordinate with doctors, suppliers, and healthcare professionals when required.
- Handle insurance claims and pharmacy billing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional standards within the pharmacy.
- Promote healthcare, wellness, and preventive care products to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
- Manage daily pharmacy operations and support smooth workflow.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and ethical pharmacy practices at all times.products
- Ensure sales & sales targets are covered by upselling and promoting products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy.
- Valid UAE MOH / DHA / DOH License or Eligibility Letter preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of medicines, supplements, and healthcare products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer queries professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing software experience preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to recommend OTC products and wellness supplements.
- Team player with professional attitude and presentation.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per year
