Position Summary

Beauty Treatments & Services

• Perform professional facial treatments suitable for different skin types and conditions.
• Provide waxing, threading, and hair removal services.
• Conduct manicures, pedicures, nail care, and hand and foot treatments.
• Perform eyebrow shaping, eyelash tinting, and beauty enhancement services.
• Deliver basic makeup application and beauty consultations.
• Assist with non-medical skin care and wellness treatments as per clinic protocols.
• Recommend suitable beauty products and home care routines to clients.

Client Care

• Welcome clients and conduct beauty consultations to understand their needs and expectations.
• Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Educate clients on treatment benefits, aftercare, and beauty maintenance.
• Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout treatments.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and promptly.

Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization of equipment and treatment areas.
• Follow all health, safety, and infection control guidelines.
• Ensure treatment rooms and beauty stations are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Report equipment maintenance requirements and inventory shortages.

Sales & Business Support

• Promote beauty treatments, wellness packages, and retail products.
• Support client retention and loyalty programs.
• Assist in achieving department revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
• Participate in promotional activities, beauty events, and wellness campaigns.

& Requirements

• Diploma or Certification in Beauty Therapy
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beautician in a salon, spa, aesthetic clinic, or wellness center.
• Strong knowledge of skin care, facials, waxing, threading, and beauty treatments.
• Excellent grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Knowledge of beauty products and treatment recommendations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in aesthetic or medical wellness clinics.
• Knowledge of advanced beauty and skin care treatments.
• Familiarity with luxury customer service standards.
