Position Overview

The Clinic Manager is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and commercial performance of a luxury medical clinic.

This role requires a strong focus on revenue generation, patient experience, and multi-department coordination to ensure all clinical and non-clinical units contribute to profitability and brand excellence.

1. Revenue Generation & Financial Performance

  • Drive overall clinic revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly financial performance of all departments.
  • Identify revenue leakage and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to increase patient footfall and retention.
  • Ensure achievement of revenue targets for all clinical and allied services.

  • al Revenue Optimization
  • Oversee performance of all departments including medical, aesthetic, pharmacy, wellness, and diagnostic units (if applicable).
  • Ensure each department operates with clear revenue goals and KPIs.
  • Work closely with department heads to maximize service utilization and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Introduce bundled services, membership programs, and premium offerings to enhance revenue streams.

3. Operational Management

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations with high service standards aligned to a luxury healthcare environment.
  • Maintain quality control across patient journey from entry to post-treatment follow-up.
  • Optimize scheduling, resource allocation, and patient flow efficiency.

4. Business Development & Growth

  • Identify new market opportunities, services, and partnerships to expand clinic revenue.
  • Support marketing initiatives to attract high-value clientele.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that convert into bookings and treatments.

5. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and supervise administrative, clinical support, and operational teams.
  • Ensure performance management systems are in place for all staff.
  • Conduct regular meetings with department heads to review performance and targets.

6. Patient Experience & Luxury Standards

  • Maintain a high-end, luxury patient experience aligned with brand positioning.
  • Ensure staff deliver exceptional service standards and personalized care.
  • Handle escalated patient concerns professionally and effectively.

7. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management/ownership.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
  • Maintain transparency in billing, revenue tracking, and audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in clinic/hospital management, preferably in luxury or premium healthcare settings.
  • Proven track record in revenue generation and business growth.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and multi-department management.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, high-performance environment.
  • Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per hour
