**Fixen Technical Services LLC** is seeking an experienced and proactive **Pest Control Supervisor** to lead our pest management operations and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality services across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of pest control technicians and field teams.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor pest control treatments across multiple client locations.
- Conduct site inspections to identify infestations and recommend appropriate treatment solutions.
- Ensure the safe handling, storage, and application of pesticides, chemicals, and equipment in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Monitor service quality and technician performance to ensure work is completed to company standards.
- Maintain accurate treatment records, inspection reports, and operational documentation.
- Train, mentor, and support technicians on best practices, safety procedures, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, environmental guidelines, and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Address client inquiries, resolve service issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and operational resources to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Conduct routine quality inspections and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
& Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Biology, Environmental Science, Public Health, Entomology, or a related field.
- **Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Pest Control Supervisor Approval/Certification is mandatory.**
- Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in pest control operations.
- Previous supervisory, team leader, or senior technician experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pest control techniques, treatment procedures, pesticides, and application equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams, projects, and schedules effectively.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
