Lead and coordinate individual or group adult fitness and physical training sessions within a specified health and fitness program.
Deliver personal training sessions and inductions, provide customer service, meet fitness KPIs, and uphold brand standards on and off the gym floor.
Key responsibilities
- Complete personal training inductions to set targets and comply with health and safety responsibilities.
- Maintain a personal business plan for monthly review with the Fitness Manager.
- Achieve personal training session revenue targets set by the Fitness Manager.
- Deliver high-quality personal training programs, group fitness classes, and inductions.
- Communicate with members, address feedback and criticism, and help members feel welcome and valued.
- Track client progress and maintain client files daily.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience as a personal trainer or group exercise professional.
- REPS L3 qualification and First Aid certification.
Skills and attributes
