Personal Assistant to General Manager
About This Role
📢 We Are Hiring: Personal Assistant / GM Secretary – Jeddah
We are looking for a professional Personal Assistant / GM Secretary to support the General Manager’s Office in Jeddah .
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, discreet, and capable of managing executive schedules while ensuring smooth coordination between the GM and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the GM’s calendar, appointments, and confidential correspondence
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Act as the main point of contact between the GM and internal departments
- Handle incoming requests and prioritize tasks on behalf of the GM
Administrative Coordination
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the GM’s office
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on tasks
Meetings & Events
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during leadership meetings
- Follow up on action items with relevant departments
- Organize meetings, visits, and executive events
Government & Internal Coordination
- Liaise with HR/PRO regarding documentation, permits, and official requirements when needed
- Ensure all administrative practices follow company policies and local regulations in KSA
Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
✔ Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary supporting senior leadership
✔ Fluent in English (written and spoken)
✔ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
✔ High level of confidentiality, organization, and professionalism
