Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily operations, schedules, meetings, and business coordination. The ideal candidate must be fluent in French and English, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential matters in a fast-paced luxury real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external communications professionally
- Handle emails, calls, reports, and confidential documents
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and follow-up reports
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate with brokers, clients, developers, and business partners
- Organize business meetings, events, and client appointments
- Maintain proper filing systems and documentation
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely execution
- Support the CEO with day-to-day business operations and personal assistance when required
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Dubai real estate experience is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- UAE driving license is an advantage
