Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional **Personal Assistant** to support the **Clinic Owner / Dermatologist** in both business and personal administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate clinic, business, and personal schedules.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
- Follow up on pending tasks with internal departments and external partners.
- Organize travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries.
- Assist with documentation, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Support marketing and social media coordination when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.
- Ensure deadlines are met and priorities are managed efficiently.
- Perform general administrative and executive support duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant (preferably in healthcare or aesthetics).
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible with working hours when required.
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
