Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Marketing and Sales Manager located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Marketing and Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and sales initiatives to drive brand growth in the Saudi market.
Responsibilities
include building brand awareness, increasing store footfall, managing campaigns and partnerships, analysing sales performance, and executing local activations and events.
The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working closely with the founders to establish and grow ZAVI’s presence in KSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the marketing strategy for KSA, bringing ZAVI’s brand identity to life in-store and online.
- Drive brand awareness and increase store traffic through creative campaigns, activations, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and oversee localised content across social media, campaigns, events, and store coverage that resonates with the Saudi audience.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, media, and brand collaborators to amplify reach and engagement.
- Identify and execute cross-promotional opportunities tailored to the Saudi retail landscape.
- Design and implement CRM and loyalty programs to encourage repeat visits and deepen customer relationships.
- Monitor and optimise footfall, conversion rates, and overall customer engagement to maximise retail performance.
- Drive sales targets and performance in KSA through strategic marketing and in-store activation support.
- Analyse sales trends and customer insights to refine marketing initiatives and enhance shopping experiences.
- Support store teams with product knowledge, storytelling, and upselling techniques to boost conversions.
- Conceptualise and deliver high-impact, experiential events that strengthen brand loyalty and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced studies a plus.
- 4+ years’ experience in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle retail marketing.
- Deep understanding of Saudi retail trends, consumer behaviour, and cultural insights.
- Proven track record driving brand visibility, footfall, and sales through creative campaigns and activations.
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
- Collaborative mindset, able to inspire store teams and cross-functional partners.
- Fluent in English and Arabic proficiency highly desirable.
- Passion for sustainable, consciously designed fashion and alignment with ZAVI’s brand ethos.
