About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role, located in Riyadh - Saudi, for an Associate Sales Representative.
The Associate Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers and understanding their needs
- Presenting our products and closing sales
- Handling sales inquiries and processing transactions
- Maintaining knowledge of our sustainable and eco-friendly product lines
Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years Experience in Sales and Customer Service
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge or interest in Fashion and Sustainable Practices
- Ability to manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in using sales and point of sale (POS) systems
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and flexible with work hours
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
