Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily operations, schedules, and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Handling Emails & daily reports from HOD's
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Strong organizational+
- and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Candidate must be **in UAE**
- Female only.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
