About The Kaf

The KAF is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Brand Marketing Executive to support our Marketing, Social Media, and Communications Department.

This role will play a key part in executing brand initiatives, marketing campaigns, PR activities, influencer collaborations, and performance reporting to strengthen The KAF's presence across the UAE market.

**Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Support the maintenance of The KAF’s brand identity, tone of voice, and market positioning.
  • Ensure all marketing and communication materials align with established brand guidelines.

**Marketing Calendar & Campaign Execution

  • Execute the annual marketing calendar, including seasonal campaigns, product launches, and key brand initiatives.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, performance marketing, and CRM teams to ensure timely campaign delivery and achievement of objectives.
  • ****PR Management**
  • Coordinate daily activities with PR agencies, ensuring accurate and timely communication of campaigns, product updates, and brand messaging.
  • Support media outreach, product seeding, coverage tracking, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry stakeholders.
  • ****Influencer Marketing**
  • Execute influencer campaigns from sourcing and onboarding to briefing, content approvals, campaign coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain influencer databases and support relationship management with creators and agencies.
  • ****Brand Collaborations**
  • Support the planning and execution of brand partnerships and collaboration projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign launches and delivery of agreed objectives.
  • ****Insights & Reporting**
  • Track and analyze campaign performance across social media, PR, influencer marketing, events, and brand initiatives.
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, PR, or a similar role.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with influencers, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting and performance tracking.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
